Adobe Connect Screen Share / Audio Failure

In a training session yesterday the screen share and audio between the trainer and the attendees was lost all of a sudden, this led to a half hour gap in their session. To be perfectly honest we haven't entirely ruled out human error on the part of our trainer operating the adobe connect client. However it would be appreciated if any reasons that this might not have been human error could be suggested.

The screen share and audio cutting out at the same time was fixed by restarting the client and using the "reset layout" option in the layout menu of the meeting host client.

I'd recommend you reach out to Adobe Support. They can pull the logs for the account (assuming it is hosted with Adobe) and will be able to give the best insight about what happened from the Connect server's point of view.
