"Cannot move a seminar room which has an active session" - how to end

I'm trying to move a seminar room into the templates folder, but getting the message "You cannot move a seminar room which has an active session." I did have the room open so I could customize the layout, but I exited. I tried again by reopening the seminar room, then closing it using Meeting->End Meeting. I am still getting the error message. How do I officially close/end the session so I can move the room?

Give the seminar room 7-15 minutes. This allows the Connect server to be sure that all the disconnects weren't from internet drops. You should then be able to move the room.
