Bug Report for Connect

There is a bug regarding the recording reporting; BUG#CONN-4111972

Clarix recommended opening a case with Adobe by calling them at 800-945-9120.  Be sure to get your case number for tracking and reference the bug number.  The more reports, the sooner the issue should be resolved.  Also you should then be contacted once it is fixed.  Please also ask that Adobe keep us (support@clarix.com) included on any communication so we can track the issue with you.

Adobe Connect Mobile will only serve MP4 recordings but we are unable to track who and when these are being accessed from our Adobe Connect Content library.
