Microphone problems in Safari browser

One of my attendees has been trying for weeks to get his microphone to work in Safari. I use Windows and can't duplicate the problem. Can anyone give me some ideas that I can pass along? Perhaps any recognized quirks or tricks for getting the microphone to work in Safari?

Have them try using the App. Mac and Windows versions can be downloaded here https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/c … pplication

Otherwise it may be the security settings in their OS that is preventing the use of the mic. Have them go to System Settings > Preferences > Security > Adobe Connect App
