Custom Pod for Automatic, Periodic Attendance Verification

I'm seeking to connect with a custom pod developer who can create a feature that will provided automated, periodic attendance verification.  Implementation details are open for discussion, but for example, this pod might pop-over the ongoing meeting presentation and ask attendees to acknowledge they are still present and actively participating.  Responses (or non-responses) would be logged. 

Please message me if you have experience with and are interested in this type of work.  Even better if you can point me in the direction of an existing pod that has this type of functionality.
