Problem with Share my screen

Hi all
I have Adobe Connect 8
Until last year everything worked fine. As of last month, notice that the option to Share my screen no longer works.
If I try it with Firefox on Windows 8, 10 simply does not work. The menu is not expanded to see the options to share.
In Chrome marks an error.
Error to download. Do you want to try again?
In Safari in MacOS, mark that you do not have permission to execute. I perform the steps to configure it and keep marking the error.
Any suggestions?
