Presentations in commerce, hospitals, pharmacies etc

Hi,

I'm new to all this and I'm actually not sure if this is the correct place to ask about this but here it goes.
I'd like to know what kind of software I need to use to create those video presentations seen on TV screens in commercial malls, hospitals, pharmacies etc, where they show offers, product publicity or Emergency Exit protocols for the building.
Is there an Adobe application for this or is it a combination of various apps?

I'd start by talking to the companies that place these types of kiosks in buildings. They may have a preferred tool or tools to use to make content for their system. Then again, they may just have a preferred file type, and you can use whatever tool you feel is best to create that.

Adobe likely has one or multiple tools that could create these images or presentations, but without knowing what the end need is, it's hard to point you to something specific.
