Participant Time in Event Not Correct

I noticed today that when I was in a live event as a sample participant reports show my time as already attended 107 minutes which was way over stated.

After logging out of live event reports then showed (correctly) that I attended 20 minutes.

I think Adobe does not report correctly when participant is currently logged in and attending an event as the times are always way off and more than an hour, like 107 minutes. After participant logs out, THEN adobe appears to show correct time attended.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

You'd probably talk with Adobe Connect Support about this. Sounds like an issue server side.
