Can you clarify what part of Connect is running slow?
It looks like there was some scheduled maintenance over the last couple days, but no outages or issues are showing at the moment. You can always check the status of the hosted environment here https://status.adobe.com/. You'll find Adobe Connect in the Experience Cloud section.
