Cannot publish HTML5 version of Captivate 2019 project to Connect

Receive an error message about checking my internet connection. Same project will publish as SWF. This issue started immediately after the Adobe Connect upgrade over the weekend. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with Adobe tech support and they finally indicated that this is a known bug associated with the Connect upgrade. Are there any updates coming? What's the timeline for a fix? This needs to be addressed quickly!
