Error in recording / viewing recordings ?

My apologies for re-posting this question as I'm this issue is not uncommon.

A few colleagues are having trouble viewing their recordings.  The audio will play as will any video streamed and you can view an outline of the pods (gray spaces) but none of the actual content will show up.  They are not able to view (all uploaded content)  images, attachments, PDFs, PPTs, etc... they would never load.  Neither can I.

If I start a meeting in their room, the recording is fine. They can view it fine as well.

It's been suggested that we create new rooms.  Is there a simpler solution?

Chances are this is an issue with the permissions for viewing the content in the recording. If the content is in the Shared Content or My Content libraries, make sure they have the same access permissions as the recording. If the recording is publicly viewable then the content should be as well. If you have specific users that can access the recording, make sure they have permissions to view the content.
