Having Some Troubles (Templates & Software?)
Template:
I have customized the default meeting template we use in Adobe with new layouts.
All our classes are still pulling original layouts and not the ones I have in the Shared Templates folder.
Software:
I've been going through videos and files on Linkedin Learning and Lynda.com. There is mention of an actual software install for using when teaching. I'm not familiar with this and wondered if anyone can help me figure out what they are referencing.

Meetings only reference the template when they are created. Updating the template will not affect rooms already created.
Tip: Don't change the default templates but create a new room and move it into the Templates folder. Then change your custom template rooms as you see fit.
