VOIP and Telephone Access
Is it possible to set up a meeting in Adobe Connect where participants can use either their telephone or VOIP for the audio portion? Or is it one or the other?
I can't seem to figure this out. As the host I'll connect with my headset using VOIP, but as soon as someone dials in using their telephone, my VOIP is booted.

Re: VOIP and Telephone Access
You can do one, the other, or both. However, whichever is used depends on how you set your room up.
With telephone audio, the phone bridge generally needs someone to call in with a host pin to activate it. So just having participants call in won't meet that need. You can use the Universal Voice tool to get the Meeting to call in to the bridge with the host pin so you don't have to.
Just make sure that you have both telephone and VoIP enabled and the telephone audio set to broadcast over VoIP.
Here is the documentation for you.
