Selected document could not be retrieved error in Connect
I published a Presenter document to my Adobe Connect server but when I try to load it to my Connect room I get the following error message. "The selected document could not be retrieved, please try uploading the document again."
If I click on the URL of the uploaded document, it works as expected but it will not load to my room. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

What version of Presenter are you using?
If Presenter 8+, did you publish the presentation as just HTML?

Quite the same troubles today with Presenter 11 and a PPT 2016 doc published as a SWF file content.
If I click on the URL of the Uploaded document, it works as expected. Auto start, auto display of the presentation and restart at the end.
When uploading the file as a content in a share Pod within Adobe Connect, it displays as a PPT. The expected automations are lost.
