I have been working with Adobe Connect for several months, and it had never asked me to log in before. Now it does, and when I try to login with my Adobe user and password it says they are incorrect. I clicked on 'forgot your password' to set a new one but I never received any email. I have tried with different email addresses and I have also checked the spam file.

When accessing Connect you should have to log in.
If you are just accessing content, then the person providing the links to the content may not have set the viewing permissions to allow you to watch without a username and password.
If you are not receiving the reset password email, you may need to talk to an Admin of the account and have them reset your password and check that your email address is correct on your profile.
