Manage Meeting Information link no longer works in Firefox
Some of our Windows users have been having issues with the Manage Meeting Information link no longer working when they access meeting spaces via Firefox using the latest install (55.0.3, looks to be the 64-bit version). Anyone know why and how it can be fixed?

Re: Manage Meeting Information link no longer works in Firefox
What error(s) are they seeing? Is it just that pop-ups are being blocked so the Connect Meeting can't open a new tab with the Meeting in Connect Central?

They aren't seeing any errors - click the Manage Meeting Information link, and nothing at all happens.

Re: Manage Meeting Information link no longer works in Firefox
Sounds like a pop-up blocker setting.

Re: Manage Meeting Information link no longer works in Firefox
Except it's not. That avenue has already been explored, and the pop-up blocker in Firefox is disabled. When it's on, there's also no warning of a pop-up being blocked, as Firefox would typically give. The link simply does not respond.
Also, the 32-bit version of Firefox install 55.0.3 seems to be free of this issue, at least in the machines we tested, even with the blocker enabled.

Interesting. Is the behavior the same if they are/are not using the Connect Add-in?

Hmm, well it seems like maybe that menu item is broken. Being a program functionality issue, I'd recommend you reach out to Adobe Support and have them review what is going on. From there they should be able to address the issue and provide a resolution. You can reach Adobe Connect Support here: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/c … pport.html
