Adobe Connect requires new download-install each time; now, won't load

I'm trying to view a CEU webinar. Each new webinar (or a reconnect when I return) is requiring a new install. Then, it has stopped working at all. No program is installed in the apps folder.

Is it the Add-in that wants to be installed each time?

Are you using Chrome? Have you tried a different web browser?

It may be because your meeting URL is not explicitly allowed in Chrome's content settings for Flash.   A good place to start is https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
It has configuration tips for all browsers
