Adobe Connect Add-In Not Loading

My Adobe Connect Add-In has been working in the past, however, in the last few days it will no longer load.

I am working on a MAC 10.12.3, and have cleared cache in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. I have already added Adobe Connect to my Firewall Options, as well as added the PlugIn Access in Chrome. I have restarted my computer several times and still no luck.

It works fine on my older MAC computer, but refuses to open on the updated 10.12.3 Sierra.

Connect will work fine in my browser, but I depend on the function of showing screen. Anyone else have any other thoughts on what I can do?

I wanted to add, that I have also deleted the Add-In and downloaded the newer option and even repeated all of the steps above, but still no luck! Running out of options. Thank you everyone for any help you may provide!
