Adding Participants to Published Event

I have published an event and invitations have been sent to the original recipients; however, I have added additional participants to this event.  If I re-send the invitations, will they go out to all the original recipients againl, or just to the newly added participants?

I believe they will go to all users with Invited status. However, when you add new emails through the Participant Management > Add Guest function it should send them the invitation email automatically.

What if someone on the original participant list states that they did not receive the invitation? Is there any way to re-send the invite to one participant who was already invited?

Then I would send them the link to the Landing or Registration page for the event. They can then register for the event. I think that would be easier than trying to re-send the invitation email.
