Event Email Options–Recipients

In Event Management > Email Options, how can I change the Recipients?  Currently, the email for "Remind participants close to event" is sent to "All users who are invited to the event". This basically means that users who did not register and/or were denied registration due to exceeding capacity are still receiving the Reminder emails. Is there a way to set the recipients to "All users who have a registration request approved"?

You will need to use one of the four Custom Triggers and use that instead of the default Remind Participants option. This will allow you configure the email to be sent to the group(s) you want when you want.

I agree that is it odd that the reminder email only goes to those invited, not those registered, and have used the Custom Trigger option to create my own reminders that go to the correct group of people.
