PowerPoint 2016 Not Playing Nice with Adobe Presenter 11

I purchased Adobe Presenter 11 to work with embedded videos and use MP4s with a lobby slide deck. The only way I can get it to work is to open PPT as the administrator, which has worked up until today. Now, when I open PPT as the administrator and click to edit slide decks using Adobe Presenter it looks like it's launching, but the pinwheel just keeps going round and round.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
