Best Practices - Messaging on Adobe Connect 9 Confirmations

We're launching our first webinars with Adobe Connect 9 next month and are currently finalizing the confirmation and reminder emails. One issue we're trying desperately to avoid is having paying customers upset because they don't know they have to download the app (we're very heavy on chrome users) before the webinar, and then it takes them 5 - 10 minutes to get through the process, and they miss part of the content.

Are there any best practices on wording in customized confirmations and reminders that folks would be willing to share. We put the link to test your computer on all of them, but we're looking at ways that other users may highlight the need to test beforehand.
