How to launch adobeconnectaddin.exe programmatically

Hello.

I found adobeconnectaddin.exe in following path
"%user%\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\www.macromedia.com\bin\adobeconnectaddin"

When I open it , it shows [loading adobe connect....].

I want to pass URL of meeting to this exe and start meeting. I mean , I want to run this file manually.

How can I achieve this goal?

Is there any command parameter or something like that for it?
