Report for guests accessing recordings?

Can we get a report on who accesses recordings?  We'd like to know if guests who didn't attend the live meeting are using the recordings, once we give them access, and whether those who attended might be reviewing the recording later.

No, without user authentication Connect has no way of knowing who is watching the recording. The recordings to report when individuals are watching the recording if they are logged in, but otherwise just report the number of views.

If you have the Events module of Connect you could create an event from that recording and then it would track who signed up to watch it as well as who did and didn't watch the recording.

Is there a way to submit enhancement suggestions?  If there is, I haven't found it.  We've recently moved from another provider where we were able to force viewers to register with their name and email before they could view a recording.  The report also provided the IP address of when someone accessed the recording.  This was really quite useful to us for determining whether someone was sharing recordings when they shouldn't be.

Regan,

You can submit the feature request here: http://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

The Events module would do everything but report the user's IP address.
