Polls during an event

I've run about 10 events and sometimes my polls sync with the event reports and sometimes they don't. I cannot figure out what causes them to sync and/or not sync and have tried a couple of things. Reading everything says that ending the event automatically closes and syncs the polls, but I have:

1. Ended the event
-sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't

So instead I have tried an alternative:
2.Close the polls and then end the event
-sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't (most recently it didn't work).

Any ideas on this? Sometimes it will only record one of the poll questions instead of all 5 of them and I follow the same steps for each question. I do reuse the same rooms for my events for the most part.
