Disable Lecture Only option
Is it possible to eliminate or disable the Listen Only option when someone joins an online event?
This option appears when audio is started. A user would select dial in, dial out, etc., but also has the option of selecting Listen Only. I have not found any reference in the literature or through our integrated telephony provider of how to disable this option. It is included with every single Adobe Connect meeting room or seminar room event.

Re: Disable Lecture Only option
There is a way to do this. Essentially, you want to ensure that you're not broadcasting the audio through the computer speakers.
Setup your audio settings so that:
- Users can use the microphone is unchecked
- Audio is broadcast through the computer speakers is unchecked
With those two options unchecked, the join audio dialog will no longer have the 'Listen Only' button as an option. Users will be asked to have Adobe Connect dial-out to them or have the option of dialling in manually.
