16:9 PowerPoint Presentation
If I upload a 16:9 PowerPoint presentation to a Share Pod, will those participants who are in the room using a 4:3 monitor be able to see the entire slide or will it be cut off?
Thank you

Re: 16:9 PowerPoint Presentation
The presentation will scale to fit within whatever size share pod is in the viewer's screen. It doesn't matter if it is a 4:3 or 16:9 monitor. If they go full screen it will fill their screen as best as possible, but a 4:3 monitor will have black or gray bars on the top and bottom of the presentation.

Re: 16:9 PowerPoint Presentation
Thanks. Is there a preferred size or a best practice regarding size? I want to try to use up as much real estate on the screen as possible to avoid the gray lines at the top or bottom.

Re: 16:9 PowerPoint Presentation
In most cases the Share Pod is square-ish. But as to a preferred size, shape the Share pod to fit your preferred size of your PPT slides. I don't know that there is a standard among most users, other than the default 4:3 ratio of the PPT slides.
