Recorded sessions with Powerpoint

I've been watching a bunch of recorded sessions with Powerpoint, and this is really annoying:

Every time you "fast forward" or click ahead in a session, you get this rapid replay for the whole Powerpoint session. it flashes every slide and every pointer click back. Really awkward.

Also, there's a progress measurement for how far along in the program you are, but no indication of total length of the session. This would be helpful.

And another thing to all deliverers: quantity does not equal quality. People love to hear themselves talk. Shorter, more direct is better. Don't feel obligated to make every session an hour!
