Access Webinar with Email Address but no password (Eloqua maybe?)

Ok, we are trying to set up a room where users can access the room via their email address but not have to type in a password. Some thoughts on possibilities:

- Is there a way to change the wording on the login screen from Guest to Email Address? Extra  credit if we can authenticate the email address against a list.

- In the help menu on the Event Manager section it says you can have people register with email address but no password. Can you do this via the Eloqua Cloud Connector? So that people can register from a form in Eloqua and then Eloqua pushes the information over to Adobe Connect?

Thanks,
Jonathan

Not sure about the Eloqua option.

As to the wording on the login screen, it depends on if you have a hosted account or your own server. If you are hosted by Adobe, no. If you have your own server, yes, but you need to do some digging into the language files. If you need, I can try and point you in the right location, but if you are hosted, then there isn't much point.

The sharing of Data with Eloqua is now possible with a new integration Oracle requested we build called, MeetingSync. It syncs meetings and webinar data and registers contacts in Adobe Connect.

Re: Access Webinar with Email Address but no password (Eloqua maybe?)

Does anyone know if you can do a "batch export" (mass export) of all attendee information from past events with MeetingSync?

Specifically, we would like to export event registration data for all of our past Adobe Connect Seminars. We know we can export this information on an event-by-event basis, but would like to know if there is a way to do this in bulk as one large export.

thanks,
Adam
