Missing content and layouts

We are running a hosted instance of Adobe Connect.

I have a few users who are loading content in a Connect room. When they return the next day the content is not there.  The layout that they create is also absent. 

I contacted Support and they are not able to identify the issue. Has anyone else experienced missing content? Missing layouts?

The only way that I am aware that something like this could happen is by either:

- Reset Layouts - Found in the following menu: Layouts > Reset Layouts. This will reset the look of the room, but the content will remain available.

- Corrupt room - You can test this by creating an alternate room you can test to see if this still happens. If it happens in two rooms, then further investigation is required. If this solves the problem, you can delete the offending room and re-create it.
