Visualization times of recordings

Hi,

I want to calculate how much a login visualize the recording of a class online.
To do that I use the method  ‘report-bulk-consolidated-transactions' to sum the durations for each login of the transactions in the ulr of the recording.

1-But I don’t obtain the same number of  people that have visualize indicated in the field ‘views’ of the method ‘report-sco-views’.

Any suggestions?

Now, I have realized of a possible solution:
The method.../api/xml?action=report-bulk-consolidated-transactions shows people logged to view the recording. The recordings are public and their transactions don´t appear in this method although they are counted in .../api/xml?action=report-sco-views.
