Meeting without bars or pods

Hi,

Today entering on one of our configured meeting rooms, the addin is loaded but it ends on a gray area without bars or pods.
With other rooms, its working fine.

Could you point me the right way to resolve this?

I found on the Adobe website that there was maintenance carried on Adobe connect on 03/08/2017

Adobe Connect - Maintenance #43444 was completed.
Maintenance was completed for the following:
Meeting (NA1, NA2, NA6, NA8, NA9, AR, NA12)

I'm not sure if the NA1.. represent certain regions
