Internet speed from participants

Hi,

Is there a way to know the internet speed and latency from the participants? In a older version you could see this information but I can't seem to find it with the lastest version of Adobe Connect, is it gone? I thought it was really userful because I could see in advance who would have a problem.

This feature did go away with Connect 8, I think. The problem with it was that it only showed what the users said their internet speed was, not what it actually was. Since most users never knew where this feature was or how to change their setting, it never really found any utility in Connect.

The only tool that I'm aware that offers this kind of information is Vantage Point from RefinedData, http://www.refineddata.com/vantagepoint/. But it does carry a cost.
