Continuous freezing during meeting

I am using a brand new MacBook Air to host our Adobe Connect meetings, and a Chrome browser. During our last meeting (of 1 hour) we need to reboot the add-in 3 or 4 times.  The first freeze already started after 4 or 5 minutes, this is a disaster! How can this be fixed? We organize multiple meetings per month for several of our clients but we are thinking about leaving Adobe Connect if this problem occurs again.

The only thing that keeps working is the chat box so we were glad that the participants could tell us via the chat box that could not longer hear or see us. At another meeting, only the camera was freezing so we could continue with the audio feature and the screen sharing (but the recording is off course terrible!).

For hardware we only use an external microphone, and the video feature is the camera of the MacBook (since we originally thought that our conference camera was the one that caused the freezing, but turns out it has nothing to do with the external camera).

Help us please! I can share the recording with your support department, if necessary.
