Unable to connect using iPhone7

Hi

I was able to connect to my classes through Adobe Connect Mobile in iPhone 7 but suddenly, i am not able to connect anymore.

I downloaded the adobe connect through App store. When i join the class, i come to the adobe connect page and click on "Open Adobe Connect Mobile" page, the Adobe connect mobile doesn't open up (as it used to do before).

Has anyone recently come across this issue or know the solution?
