Connect Meeting Room - Not Able to Allow Both VOIP and Phone - Help!

We have a meeting room that we want participants to be able to use either VOIP or phone (MeetingOne).

The meeting room audio preferences provide radio buttons (not check boxes) that force only selecting one.

We are a hosted account currently on version 9.

Please advise how to allow both.

Check that the UV option has been enabled for MeetingOne on your account.

You can find this option under Administration > Account > More Settings
