Improve the Slide Manager

Most of the presentations we are creating contain several different slides, each with their own individual speaker and navigation name.

It would be more efficient if there was a way to add the speaker in the "presented by" box without having to actually enter that information again. These names have already been added once in the preferences. It would be cool to be able to link these names with the existing names in the preferences. Perhaps by clicking a lasso and dragging it to a separate window to the name, similar to the way Dreamweaver allows you to set links or Encore lets you set links.

Also, the slide manager window is too small. It is easy to lose track because it is necessary to scroll through the large number of slides. Making the window larger or re-sizable would help this.
