Creating Phone Push Button Tones through Adobe Connect?

Hello,

Some of our clients refuse to use VOIP, so we have to use a phone conference bridge through Adobe Connect. Is there a way we can send phone tones through the adobe connect system? Sometimes we want to mute noisy users (by pressing ##), but have as yet been unable to do so. 

Any help is appreciated.

No, you'll need to be dialed into the phone bridge to do commands on the phone bridge if you are using a Unversal Voice set up. If you are using a fully integrated teleconference provider, then you should have commands in the Audio menu to enable lecture mode or mute all participants.
