Best Practices for Courses and Curriculum

Could someone give their thoughts on how to best set up courses/curriculum in the following situation?

We are developing courseware for an upcoming implementation  of a product called Net Access at our hospital for Patient Care Services, Ambulatory Care Division, Professional Services Division, etc.

Background:
Split all the different options in the clinical views into small training modules, for instance

Re: Best Practices for Courses and Curriculum

Hi jkenn21357,

If I understand your requirements correctly, I think you've already solved the problem.

A curriculum is basically a number of courses strung together.  You can also add prerequisites, test outs, and other options - but we can keep it simple for this example.

You would create individual courses for each topic (A,B,C,D,E...) and then create several different curriculums based on role.  Each curriculum would be made up of the appropriate courses.  I don't think I'm saying anything different than what you already have in your post.
