Capturing VoIP data in Adobe Connect

I want to capture the VoIP data like

1) who speaks
2) how much time speaks
3)assetId
4)scoid
5)date and time

but unfortunately this data is not getting captured in db so I found a log under logs/support/access/accessxx.log which is having event (mike on /off) and date and time
but I am unfortunately not getting user id and duration,can any one help me on this?.
