Event catalog doesn't display on iphone

I sent out an invite to several thousand people, and discovered that my event catalog page will display correctly in firefox or chrome on my laptop, but when people try to register with a smartphone they can see the header and footer for the page but none of the events. There is a blank space where the event list is supposed to be. So a bunch of my people can't register--I've had multiple reports of this. I've been using connect for two years and no one has reported this problem before.

Normally, I get several hundred sign-ups in a day--this time I only got a tenth of that, so clearly a lot of people are unable to get in. What can I do to fix this?
