Audio not follow participant to Breakout room

My colleague was doing breakout rooms, using the "assign randomly" option, and when the breakouts were started, some of the participants audio was left in the main meeting room. Do you know what would cause this, and how to fix it?

One possibility could be that some of the web-users were not merged properly with the corresponding telephony-users.
Another possibility could be that the telephony bridge couldn't move some participants to the telephony BOR.
If the issue is still reproducible, I would suggest to contact Adobe support team.
