{audio-conference-details} Run Time field not displaying in emails

Hello,

I am trying to get the {audio-conference-details} runtime field to display in an email and it is not working. All of the other runtime fields work. I have already checked to make sure that I have added the audio conference details to the meeting room so that they are there to be grabbed — the runtime field is just not displaying anything. Test event can be found at the URL below.

P.S. - I was told by Adobe Support that it is somehow NOT possible for that runtime field to display audio conference information that is manually put in under the meeting room's meeting information, and that only Audio Profiles would work. I doubt that's true.

Hi jonswann,

Yes, when you will associate any Audio Profile with meeting only then {audio-conference-details} runtime field will display the conference details of associated audio profile in email.

Thanks. So it's safe to say that the Audio Conference Details section under Meeting Information is pretty useless.
