Custom Pod Control Issue
I have a customer that created a custom countdown timer pod in Flash, but when it is loaded into a Share Pod, each user controls the timer rather than it being controlled only by the hosts/presenters.
Is there something they need to check or change in the code?
It was built using Flash 10 and ActionScript 3
They are using DCO (Adobe Connect 8.2)
Thanks,
Erik

Re: Custom Pod Control Issue
Erik,
They need to use the Connect 8 sync swf SDK found here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/adobeconnect.html
Without using that, every attendee will have individual control over the custom application.

Re: Custom Pod Control Issue
Thanks Jorma. I thought that might be the case, but wanted to confirm before I gave out bad info.

Re: Custom Pod Control Issue
Any time Erik.
It may also be worth reaching out to the DCO support team to see if there is anything strange or excluded from the commercial Sync SWF SDK. That my save a few hours of chasing a dead end, if there is any difference.
