Rotating Slides Error Message

I have created a small set of rotating slides using Presenter. On the participant view in Adobe connect, they get a dialog warning box that says  Session Timeout:  Conect Session has timed out."  It then gives an option to login.

Any way to fix / stop this?

Hi,

Sorry for the issue that you are facing. Are you using Presenter 9 by any chance? Are you sharing the published content inside a meeting OR as a standalone content?

I am getting this same error  the power point is in the hosts view and the presenter when tying to change the slide gets session timeout> Your session has timed out > Login Again.

This was resolved in an update to Connect... 9.1 maybe, I'd have to go back and check. Are you using an on-premise server or are you hosted with Adobe?
