Turn off user access after they take an exam

Hello...

As the subject reads, I'm looking for a way to restrict user access after they take an exam. Is it possible? I don't want "review" mode...I don't want any access at all - basically returning back to "locked" once they have finished the exam (and passed or failed).

Any help would be appreciated.
