Problems Updating Templates

We recently upgraded to Connect 9 from Connect 7.

I have been trying edit the event templates and the event catalog. I can create new templates and edit them and when I go to the Event Templates page they appear on the drop down list with the other default templates. But when I choose one I get the following error:

No resource found

Cannot serve request to /content/connect/c1/7/en/events/event/shared/599537/event_landing.html on this server
ApacheSling/2.2 (Day-Servlet-Engine/4.1.24, Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 1.6.0_26, Windows Server 2008 R2 6.1 amd64)

I've activated the template so I'm not sure what the problem is.

After consulting Adobe support we managed to fix this problem.
