Audio notification when particpant tries to enter

Is there a way  for a meeting host to receive an audio alert, i.e. ping or sound when a participant or guest is trying to enter a hosted session?

Absolutely - in fact, I wrote a small 'Doorbell' extension to do exactly that.

Simply upload the SWF to an empty share pod. You can resize the share pod to be quite small since the exension doesn't need much space.

Thank you for the script, it works like a charm when the meeting access is set to "anyone who has the URL can enter".  Is there another way to configure the extension to reside on the participant login page when the meeting access is set to "Only registered users and accepted guests may enter the room?"  We need to control who and when a participant is allowed in the room because the sessions are being used for tutoring and counseling.
