Issues & workarounds - Launching meetings on supported web browsers

Hello All,

The Adobe Connect team is working on resolving issues you may have experienced related to launching of Adobe Connect meetings from supported browsers.  In the meantime, please use the workarounds mentioned below for these issues.

I have attempted all of the solutions proposed in this topic, with no success in either Firefox, Chrome, or Explorer.  I use a Windows 7 machine.  In Firefox and Chrome, I see a brief notice "The Adobe Connect Add-In is not installed", and the session is inaccessible to me, and moves in slow-motion. In Explorer, I receive a notice that I need an updated version of Flash Player, which I already have.  Again, I have downloaded Flash, Flash Plugins, the latest Realplayer... I have removed all of the browsers and reinstalled the latest versions... rebooted numberous times... No success anywhere, and I have been unable to attend my online course for the first two weeks of class. Please help if you have solved such a problem - Thanks
