Increase font size on menu bar and attendees list.

Can anyone tell me whether or not I can increase the size of the text on  a) the menu bar b) the attendees list.
I am partially sighted and have been offered a job teaching online using Adobw Connect 9. However, I have been told that it is not possible to increase the font size in the menubar or in the attendees list.
I have tried to solve this problem using magnification software - ZoomText - but when I increase the magnification so I can read the menubar and/or the attendees list the teaching material is magnified beyong the reach of my dual monitors.
Expanding the size of the attendees pod does not increase the size of the text - it just increases the blank space to the right of it.
Can anyone tell me how to remove these barriers?
If there really is no way to address this problem at the moment, who can I contact to request a fix?
Any suggestions/solutions would be much appreciated as I want to be ablke to take up this job offer.
